I thoroughly enjoyed that the lobby was friendly. The superior queen room was warm and light. Had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar. Had no problem using their small parking, the internet was great. Pleasant location, not very far from castillo de san cristobal fortress.

Fairly clean stunningly beautiful accommodation with brilliantly helpful staff and historic location close to everything. Old San Juan district was worth staying in. Daily service was amazing too. Reception was beautiful. I loved my stay here: )

Dependable place to stay while in San Juan. Loved this place, it was tidy and had LOVELY location and rooms. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 km, perfect for an early flight. Exceptional view of lagoon.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Wonderful breakfast, excellent location and kindly staff. Appreciated the rooftop terrace and amazing room. Management went the extra mile for us. For evening meal we visited El Jibarito, since it was minutes from the property.
